This information is collected when you request services from us or from a participating business, submit a form on our website or a participating business's website, communicate with us or a participating business, contact us by phone, email, or SMS, or initiate a text message to a participating business using the ZeSight platform.

For our consulting and advisory services, we use your information to manage and deliver consulting, marketing, and software services, schedule meetings and project milestones, provide proposals, invoices, and agreements, communicate project updates, respond to client inquiries, and improve service delivery.

For the ZeSight messaging platform, participating businesses use customer information to send appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, service notifications, customer support communications, and other transactional or service-related SMS messages. ZeSight processes this information solely to deliver messages on behalf of participating businesses.

We do not use your personal information for unrelated marketing without your consent.

4. Email Communications

We may send emails related to proposals, invoices, project confirmations, scheduling, service updates, and account updates. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the "Unsubscribe" link. Transactional emails related to active services may still be sent as required.

SMS messages sent through the ZeSight platform are sent on behalf of the participating business you hired or requested service from. Messages identify the participating business by name so you recognize the sender.

Message types include appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, service notifications, customer support communications, and other transactional or service-related updates. Messages are not promotional unless separate marketing consent has been obtained by the participating business.

Message frequency varies based on your service activity and interactions with the participating business. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Reply STOPto opt out of SMS messages at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us directly to be removed from SMS communications.

6. How SMS Consent Is Obtained

You provide consent to receive SMS messages directly to the participating business you are communicating with. Consent is collected by the business through service request, contact, or intake forms that include your phone number with SMS disclosure language displayed, by providing your phone number during onboarding or service scheduling with disclosure, or by initiating communication by texting the business directly.

ZeSight enforces compliance by requiring participating businesses to confirm documented consent before SMS messages can be sent. Consent applies to service-related communication. Where marketing SMS is offered, separate optional consent is required and is not a condition of service.

7. No Sharing of Mobile Information
